A Facebook post is circulating claiming that there will be a 2025 BPJS Kesehatan (Indonesian Health Insurance) Funding Assistance worth IDR 3,550,000.

EXPLAINANCE

Based on the Jalahoaks Team's investigation, as reported by Kompas.com (March 17, 2025), BPJS Kesehatan's Head of Public Relations, Rizzky Anugerah, confirmed that the information regarding the IDR 3,550,000 funding assistance is a hoax and an attempt at fraud.

"There is no such assistance or program. The public is urged to be more cautious of fraudulent activities in the name of BPJS Kesehatan," said Rizzky.

Rizzky also urged the public to contact BPJS Kesehatan's official communication channels if they encounter any questionable information, have questions, or have complaints regarding BPJS Kesehatan services.

Furthermore, upon further investigation using URL Scan (urlscan.io), the circulating link does not lead to the official BPJS Kesehatan website. The site displays a form requesting personal data such as full name as per ID card, complete address, and mobile phone number connected to Telegram, which could potentially be used for fraud or personal data theft.

CONCLUSION

The information regarding the 2025 BPJS Kesehatan Fund Assistance of IDR 3,550,000 is false. In fact, this information has been denied by the Head of Public Relations of BPJS Kesehatan, Rizzky Anugerah, who confirmed that the claim is a hoax and a fraudulent scheme.
